1. (Easy) What is a DC? The abbreviation DC stands for, "Distribution Center ." Many Trading Partners, like Macy's, have Distribution Centers where orders are shipped instead of sending items directly to a store. e-SL shipping solutions can automatically assign the correct DC for orders and create consolidated ASNs and Invoices for a DC.

2. (Medium) What is an "I 2 of 5" and where would an "I 2 or 5" appear? An I 2 of 5 is a type of barcode. Some trading partners, like Sears, require an I 2 of 5 barcode on their shipping labels.e-SL Shipping solutions can do that!

3. (Hard) A TDS segment would be used in what transaction type, and what is it used to communicate? A TDS segment can be used in an 810 invoice to communicate the invoice amount and other amounts included on an invoice. ComplyLink has an optional invoice module that will create the TDS segment as well as all the other segments required to send an invoice.
