Overview
Introducing Globe-Tracker, a dynamic web-based procurement and fulfillment platform that supports global commerce with numerous management and integration modules for Buyers, Vendors, Distributors, Factories and 3rd party Logistics companies.
e-SupplyLink solutions for Retail/CPG, Automotive and Pharmaceutical markets are in transition-
Our original data management mantra, "Capture, Control, Compete" is evolving to meet the challenges of global sourcing. e-SupplyLink developers are currently working with early adopters of Globe-Tracker to "Anticipate, Innovate, and Deploy" supply chain tools for increasing visibility, collaboration and integration.
Listed below are descriptions of several Globe-Tracker modules currently under development. These modules represent areas of specific interest to our early adopter partners. Globe-Tracker is designed to adapt easily to the requirements of each partner in global sourcing relationships.
If your company could benefit from one or more Globe-Tracker modules, or if you have specific needs outside the current list, please contact sales@e-SupplyLink.com or call 877-998-3645 toll free, or 231-933-7214.
Buyer Solutions
We can work with your methods. Order Management, Shipment Management, Track and Trace, and Recall Management all mean different things to different companies. We have laid the ground work for all of the following modules, so that we can now work with your company to create a specific solution that meets all of your goals and requirements.
Order Management
The Order Management module can be used to place orders with vendors, agents, factories or raw materials suppliers. After orders are placed, the visibility and control provided by the Order management platform enables an efficient and responsive supply chain. Buyers can maintain control of the order with event management through each step of the process: sourcing and production, quality assurance, and shipping. The Order Management Platform ensures that products continue to move quickly and efficiently through the supply chain cycle.
Event Notification (Status of PO's in the supply chain)
Exception Notification (Events that have not occurred)
 Real-time Visibility
Alerts based upon predetermined business rules (Are the factories shipping on time? Visibility of shipment variances)
 Rerouting of orders
Assignment of line items to appropriate factories based upon customer orders
Integrate to your purchasing, financial and ERP applications
Web EDI
Working with international vendors presents additional challenges for the supply chain. Globe-Tracker was created with collaboration and integration between international parties in mind. The components of Globe-Tracker allow data to be easily shared and exchanged. International vendors in the supply chain can enter, store, retrieve, deliver and manage data with access to pages and forms from virtually anywhere in the world using Globe Tracker.
Shipment Management
The Shipment Management module can be used to view shipments in real-time through the entire supply chain. Vendors are able to gather up-to-the-minute, on-demand information on individual shipments, and can then use that real-time information to efficiently manage the product lifecycle.
Event Notification (Track shipments in real-time)
 Real-time Visibility
Track at the case, item and SKU level
 Scan to receive
Validate the Order with the ASN
Exception Notification (Events that have not occurred)
Alerts based upon predetermined business rules (Are the factories shipping on time? Visibility of shipment variances)
Track and Trace
Save your warehouse and logistics staff time and effort.
Using information from your suppliers and logistics partners, Globe-Tracker can automatically reconcile orders and shipments down to the item level. Real-time reporting and drill-down functions can be provided in Globe-Tracker to offer you the real-time visibility necessary to track and trace shipments using numerous identifier options including: customer, store, vendor, PO, product, SKU, FOB date, DC date, shipment booking date, container received date, container number, vessel name, PO quantity, vendor booking quantity, and actual received quantity.
Recall Management
If a recall issue with a product arises, use Recall Management to notify the parties, such as retailers, brand owners, third party logistic companies, and manufacturers that have been affected by the issue and then work with the affected parties to correct the issue.
During the work-in-progress, Globe-Tracker can capture raw material information, item information, and lot numbers. This captured information is then tied to finished product item numbers, as well as lot numbers. RFID and traditional bar codes can then be used to track and trace products through the supply chain. With this visibility, the user can pinpoint products in the supply chain and determine where those products originated.
Third Party Integration
Purchase Order documents created in Globe-Tracker are automatically forwarded to the appropriate transportation or logistics providers. This process creates a more integrated Supply Chain with up-to-the-minute, on-demand information visible to vendors, agents, factories, distributors, brand owners, and retailers.
